Compliance Summary Remarks:
Well consists of casing with tubing that has a valve and metal cap. The old metal pumping unit base and electrical box are in place. Flow line is present but not connected. No other equipment on site. The vegetation is not excessive but there is some small pine and gum saplings starting to grow around the Well. GPS is 33.24968 -92.19131
